Adoption and guardianship are wonderful ways to build a family! It is a joyous journey, but it can also bring unique challenges. Therefore, we offer post-permanency (post-adoption) support to help parents like you navigate the complexities of adoption and guardianship, offering resources and guidance tailored to your family’s needs.
Post-permanency support is available at no charge to any family living in Delaware that has adopted or obtained guardianship or permanent guardianship of a child.
“The post-adoption support services provided by A Better Chance for Our Children have been crucial to our family’s ability to weather the inevitable storms of special needs parenting. I love their “it takes a village” approach and how they truly care for all children. We know that with their assistance, not only will our family survive the challenges that come our way, we will thrive!”
