Upstate Workshop: Tigers and Turtles and Bears- Oh My! with Jessica Sinarski, LPCMH
Join us IN PERSON for a powerful, interactive evening designed for parents and kids (ages 5+) to explore what’s really going on in the brain during those roaring, grumping, and shut-down moments — and learn what you both can do about it!
Jessica Sinarski, renowned author and brain science educator, brings the “invisible world” of the brain to life in fun, memorable, and practical ways. During the first hour, we’ll all enjoy a meal together and hear from Jessica how we can help our kids better understand and take charge of their “downstairs brains.” Then, while the kids enjoy time with our childcare providers, parents will have a unique opportunity to engage in a more personal conversation with Jessica about specific challenges and questions.
Expect a night full of learning, laughter, and lightbulb moments, along with free books and takeaways to help continue the learning at home!
